Message the probably of breaking something.

There are many factors to consider when increasing the power outout of the engine - every component within the system will eventually be your worst bottleneck and that component will be most likely your source of engine failure.

Try to stick to the stage upgrade path and be sure to dyno your car after any performance upgrade to ensure that your A/F is within safe norms and that the car is producing the expected horsepower. The dyno is much more than a machine that cranks out a piece of paper with your bragging rights - it is a tool to ensure that the system is working as it should. It is well worth the $60 or so to make a few pulls to check that everything is right.
